Please send us the exactly version of topTapi (e.g. topTapi 2.0.131) with your support request.
Please make as concrete information's as possible according to your system environment (system software, TAPI-tool etc). Describe your problem as detailed as possible (Error-messages, under which circumstances the problem happens). Use the sample-project "allFeatures" to recreate the problem.
When you send your serial number from yout license with your support request, we can answer more quickly.
